I took a larger pan for this dish. So, I peeled and chopped the onions. Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and add onions.

Then I threw in the corn - I had it frozen, so I threw it in right after the onions so it had time to cook. If you use canned food, then it is better to put it in 5 minutes before the end of cooking the entire dish.

Peeled the carrots and grated them. I sent it after the corn.

Now it's the pumpkin's turn.

  • 300 gr. cabbage;
  • 60 ml broth;
  • 50 gr. butter;
  • 20 gr. onions;
  • 7 gr. flour;
  • 20 gr. sour cream;
  • 150 gr. tomato;
  • Salt;
  • Sugar;
  • Vinegar;
  • Caraway.

Step-by-step recipe for classic stewed cabbage with vegetables

Remove wilted leaves from cabbage. Wash the head of cabbage.

  • 5 ml lemon juice.

How to cook

Cut the tomatoes in half.

Fill with hot water and boil.

Chop the cabbage very finely. About three millimeters thick.

Add salt and mix with your hands, pressing lightly.

Coarsely grate the carrots.

Chop the onion.

Rub soft tomatoes through a sieve.

You will need a deep cast iron frying pan. Place fat on the bottom.

Then add and fry the ingredients in a certain order: onions, carrots and cabbage.

Salt, pepper and add a whole bay leaf.

Pour in the prepared tomato juice.

Squeeze the juice from a fresh lemon and pour into the cabbage.

Stir well with a wooden spatula.

Add a little boiled water to the edge.

  1. First, as usual, you need to prepare the main ingredients. To do this, the cabbage must be washed and carefully disassembled into individual inflorescences. Place the tomatoes in boiling water for half a minute, and then remove the skin and cut the pulp into cubes. Hot pepper remove seeds and cut into thin half rings. Chop garlic and onion randomly.
