This salad can be served on a holiday table. It is made from simple ingredients, but the original presentation makes this snack festive and creative. We will lay out the salad in layers, in the form of a slide. And garnish with fried potato strips.

  • chicken fillet – 200 g;
  • cucumbers – 2 pcs.;
  • tomatoes – 1-2 pcs.;
  • potatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • cheese – 100 g;
  • garlic – 1-2 cloves;
  • salt, ground pepper - to taste;
  • sunflower oil – 3 tbsp;
  • dill;
  • mayonnaise.

Place the chicken fillet in boiling water and cook until done. Raw potatoes peel, rinse and grind on a Korean shredder. Wash the chopped potatoes in water to remove starch and leave in a colander to drain all the water. Additionally, dry the potato strips using paper towels.

Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan. Fry the potatoes in parts until they become golden and rosy in color. Dry the fried potatoes with kitchen towels to remove excess oil. It is important to note that potato straws do not need to be salted.

Cut or tear the cooled cooked chicken into fibers. Place a meat layer on a plate (from 2/3 of the total meat), grease with mayonnaise, and sprinkle with pepper.

Chop the cucumbers into strips and place on top of the chicken. Grease with mayonnaise again.

We repeat the layers again from the remaining components. We lay out everything in the form of a slide. Pour mayonnaise over the sides and top of the appetizer.   • potatoes – 2 pcs.

Boil the fillet in lightly salted water. As soon as the meat has cooled, cut it into cubes and place in a deep bowl.

We wash the cucumbers with water, cut them into strips and add them to the meat.

Cut the tomato into cubes and add to the salad.

We peel the garlic, pass it through a press, and add it to the total mass.

Add shredded cheese to the rest of the ingredients.

Season the salad with mayonnaise and don’t forget to add salt.

Mix everything well.

Place the appetizer on a plate in the form of a slide.

Peel the potatoes and cut into strips.

Rinse in cold water.

Fry in a frying pan until golden brown.

The salad can consist of a variety of ingredients, the main thing is that it is thick and can be easily shaped into a cone. To give the appearance of an anthill, grate the potatoes to Korean carrots, fry the straws in oil until brown and decorate the dish. We prepare the basis for an interesting salad from boiled chicken thighs, hard cheese, chicken eggs, canned peas, mayonnaise and garlic. The dish turns out not only beautiful, but also very tasty. Potato straws add flavor fried potatoes, and the garlic has an amazing aroma.

  • Chicken thighs (large) 2 pcs.
  • Egg 2 pcs.
  • Potatoes 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese (Russian) 70 gr.
  • Canned peas 4 tbsp. l.
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. l.
  • Bay leaf 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil

Wash the chicken thighs (can be replaced with breast or legs) and place in boiling water with salt and bay leaf. Cook the thighs at low temperature for 30 minutes, remove and cool. We reserve the rich broth for making mashed potatoes and sauces.

While we cook the thighs, chicken eggs wash, fill cold water, cook after boiling for about 10 minutes and cool in ice water. Peel the cooled eggs and cut into cubes.

Remove the skin from the thighs, clean the juicy fillet from the bones and cut into small pieces.

Grate hard Russian cheese (you can use any variety) on a fine or medium grater.

Place the prepared thigh fillets, cheese and eggs on one plate.

We supplement the crushed products with canned green peas.

Pour mayonnaise, add crushed or finely chopped garlic cloves and ground pepper. Mix well. The result is a thick mass, which we put in the refrigerator while we prepare the potato strips.

Peel a large potato tuber and chop it on a Korean carrot grater. We do this in several batches so that the chopped potatoes do not darken.

Place a small amount of prepared straw in hot oil, stir constantly and fry until it turns light brown. Transfer the cooked potatoes to paper towels and let sit for a few minutes to remove excess oil. Cook all the chopped potatoes and place them on a plate.

Using a large spoon, spread the cooled thick salad in the form of a cone and press the protruding parts on the sides. We form the salad on a flat plate.

To prepare the straws, we take only refined sunflower oil; unrefined oil will foam and burn strongly. The dish will become even richer and more aromatic if it is supplemented with fried mushrooms. I cut the sausage into long strips, matching the croutons, to make the salad look more beautiful. If your croutons are in the shape of squares, then cut the sausage as well.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into long strips. Let the seeds remain; moisture is not a problem for this salad, since all the juices will be absorbed by the croutons.

I chop the onion into thin half rings. In this salad, the onions will not seem so spicy, but rather will give the dish the necessary spiciness. With half-smoked sausage, this will be what you need. If you combine products correctly, onions will never be out of place, but on the contrary, they will emphasize the uniqueness of your dish. Also remember that you have tomatoes. And tomatoes without onions are a waste of money.

Mix all the ingredients for the salad in a deep bowl. Do not press too hard on the food, so as not to simply crush the tomatoes.

At the very end I mix in the crackers. Rye crackers go very wonderfully with semi-smoked sausage, and this is their big plus.

I top it with sour cream. The sauce will keep the salad soft, tender and balanced.

Sprinkle with a generous handful of poppy seeds and serve. Before use, poppy seeds can be dried a little in a frying pan.

Very tasty spicy vitamin salad from vegetables. You can cook a large portion, the longer it sits, the tastier it is. Very suitable for meat (fried, barbecue, shish kebab).

  • large beets 1 pc.
  • paprika 1 tsp.
  • carrots 2 pcs.
  • curry or turmeric 1 tsp.
  • onions 3 pcs.

The volume of all vegetables must be taken in equal proportions. Grate the beets and pour vinegar on top, stir and set aside. The beets will marinate in vinegar.

Grate the carrots.

Cut the onion into thin strips (I have a special knife)

Cut the cabbage into thin strips.

Place cabbage, onions, garlic, carrots in a large bowl. Add salt and shake from bottom to top. Mix the vegetables evenly! I stir with a wooden fork because it doesn't mash the vegetables.

Sprinkle the beets with paprika, turmeric or curry. Add red and black pepper and your favorite seasoning (I added coriander). Mix everything, but do not mash! Drizzle the beets with olive or vegetable oil.

Let's combine all the vegetables together. Add sugar and mix gently again. Place the salad in the refrigerator, covering the top with film. After 30 minutes you can eat. But the longer it sits, the better it tastes.

Anthill salad with chicken and prunes – recipe

Boil hard-boiled eggs. After cooling, grate them. Grind hard cheese as well. Roast the walnuts and chop finely. Cut the marinated champignons into thin, small-sized slices. Chop the onion and smoked meat into cubes. Remove pits from prunes if required. Cut it lengthwise into thin strips. Cover the salad bowl with cling film.

Lubricate with mayonnaise. Add some salt. Now add the pickled mushrooms. Apply mayonnaise to them. Place chopped prunes on the mushrooms. Salt the salad. After the prunes there should be onions coated with mayonnaise.

The last layer of salad is smoked chicken breast. After the pieces chicken breast were laid out in a salad. Turn the bowl of salad onto a flat plate. This way you will succeed "Anthill" salad with chicken formed in the form of a slide.

This layered salad of smoked chicken, potatoes and mushrooms is shaped like an anthill.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (smoked) – 250 grams
  • Prunes – 70 grams
  • Potatoes (medium size) – 3-4 pieces
  • Egg (select, chicken) – 3 pieces
  • Cheese (medium hardness, medium saltiness) – 150 grams
  • Mushrooms ( fresh champignons) – 200 grams
  • Onion (onion) – 1 head
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Nut kernels (walnuts) – 35 grams
  • Mayonnaise (67% fat) – 150 grams
  • Salt (preferably sea salt) – to taste
  • Pepper (ground) – 1 pinch
  • Greens (fresh) - to taste
  • Oil (sunflower, refined) – 3-5 tablespoons.

Cooking recipe:

Sequentially, according to the recipe, we prepare all the ingredients for the salad. Cut the smoked chicken pulp into small cubes. Rinse the prunes under running cold water and steam them for 15-20 minutes. Then cut the steamed prunes into small cubes.

Wash fresh mushrooms thoroughly under water, peel if necessary and cut into small cubes. head onions peel and chop finely. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper to taste, mix with finely chopped onion and simmer together with the onion in sunflower oil until fully cooked.

Peel the garlic clove, crush it using a garlic press and mix with the required amount of mayonnaise. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under cold water, then boil them in their skins, peel the boiled potatoes, and cut them into small cubes.

Boil the eggs hard, but not until they turn blue. Cool with cold tap water. Peel the shell and crush each egg using a fork. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Now we will place all the prepared ingredients in the salad bowl one by one, observing the sequence of layers, alternating with garlic mayonnaise. We will lay out the layers as follows: pieces of smoked chicken, smeared with mayonnaise, covered with a small amount of walnuts, then lay out champignons with onions, again grease thoroughly with mayonnaise and cover with some of the walnuts, then lay out cubes of boiled potatoes and immediately - a layer boiled eggs pressed with a fork. On top of the eggs again squeeze out a little mayonnaise layer and the remaining walnut kernels and pieces of steamed prunes. We also pour a small amount of mayonnaise over the nuts and prunes. Top with cheese, grated on a coarse grater.

Rinse the greens under running, cold water and form a “rim” of greens. Decorate the top layer of the salad with mushroom slices and kernels walnut. We get a salad in the shape of an “ant” slide. Place the salad in the refrigerator overnight to soak.

Peel the potatoes and grate them on a medium grater. The grated potatoes should look like a long, thin straw. Then rinse the potatoes in cool water to remove the starch.

Afterwards we dry it.


Then fry the straws in vegetable oil, but not in large portions.


The potatoes should have a golden color. There is no need to salt the product.


We also grate processed cheese.
