But no, I found another one, new to me - this is baked chicken fillet with tomatoes in sour cream sauce. I love it, and here it’s also in sour cream. The result was incredibly tender chicken meat, juicy with gravy.

This recipe is suitable for dietary nutrition. It is good for children if you exclude hot spices. In general, I recommend trying this dish to everyone who is partial to chicken.

Chicken fillet – 500 g.
Onions – 2 pcs.
Sour cream – 150-250 g.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.

Peel the onion and cut into large cubes. Onions can be cut into rings, half rings or small cubes.

Fry the chicken fillet in heated vegetable oil until light golden brown. Fry the fillet over high heat for 3-4 minutes.

Add to chicken onions and fry it until golden brown.

Add salt, ground black pepper and spices to the chicken to taste. Then add sour cream. Mix everything well.

If you don’t have enough sour cream, you can dilute it with water or broth.

A very interesting taste is obtained if you add a little curry to the chicken.

Bring the sauce to a boil, turn the heat to low and cover it with a lid. Simmer the chicken for 10-20 minutes.

Boil the sour cream a little and remove the chicken from the heat.

Don't forget to taste the sauce and meat, add salt and spices if necessary.

Serve the finished chicken with rice, mashed potatoes or any other side dish of your choice.

Recipe 2: chicken fillet in sour cream in the oven

  1. Chicken fillet – 700 gr.
  2. Sour cream (25%) – 300 ml.
  3. Vodka – 100 ml.
  4. Bell pepper – 1 pc.
  5. Ground black pepper

Fry the fillet

Since I bought fresh chicken fillet, I first washed it well under cold running water, then dried it and cut it into arbitrary pieces.

Then heat the frying pan over medium heat, pour in a little vegetable oil and add the meat to fry, stirring constantly until it is golden brown (about 10 minutes).

At this time, quickly remove the seeds. bell pepper, wash it, cut into strips and add to the pan.

Then add vodka, salt and pepper to taste and simmer for 5 minutes.

Set the oven to preheat to 150 degrees.

After we have stewed the meat in vodka, pour it with sour cream, mix thoroughly and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Recipe 3: Chicken fillet with carrots in sour cream in a frying pan

Cut 4 chicken fillets into small cubes. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Lightly fry the fillet in a hot frying pan in a small amount of oil, just until the color changes. Place grated cheese on top
Cover the carrots with a lid and keep on high heat for about 5 minutes.

Open the lid, stir, pour in a third of a glass of water. Close the lid and simmer over low heat for 7-10 minutes. Salt, pepper, add herbs (can be dried), ready-made seasoning for chicken, thyme.
Mix.

Mix half a teaspoon of flour and a chopped garlic clove into 100 grams of sour cream. Place the sour cream in the frying pan with the fillet and carrots, stir, cover with a lid and keep on fire for 3-5 minutes.

Recipe 4: Chicken fillet “Tenderness” with soy sauce in a frying pan

1 chicken fillet (about 600 g),
chicken seasoning,
3-4 tbsp. soy sauce,
3-4 tbsp. sour cream,
vegetable oil for frying

1. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, cut into small pieces.


2. Pour soy sauce over the fillet, add seasoning, mix well, and leave to marinate for 1 hour.

600 gr. chicken fillet,
200 gr. fresh mushrooms (I took champignons),
1 large onion (200 gr.),
1 cup sour cream,
1 tbsp. spoon of flour,
salt, ground black pepper - to taste,
4 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Place in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil, fry over high heat, without covering with a lid, until golden brown. Remove the fillets from the pan.

Cut the onion into half rings and fry in the same fat that was used to fry the chicken fillet. Fry the onion, covered, until done. Remove from the pan.

Place the mushrooms, cut into slices, into the same frying pan, cover with a lid, when the mushrooms release their juice, remove the lid and fry the mushrooms.

Pour in 100 ml of boiling water, add chicken fillet, salt and pepper, simmer under the lid until all the liquid has boiled away. Fire is medium.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp. spoon of flour, mix thoroughly.

Add the fried onion, stir, fry everything together, stirring, for about 1 minute.

Pour in the sour cream, reduce the heat to low, stirring, and let the meat simmer, covered, for 4-6 minutes.

Recipe 6: Chicken fillet with sour cream and tomatoes in the oven

  • 400 g chicken fillet,
  • seasoning (or salt, black pepper) and mustard,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1-2 tomatoes,
  • 100 g hard cheese,
  • 100 g sour cream

Rinse the chicken fillet cold water, cut into several pieces and beat lightly.
Rub each piece of fillet with seasoning or ground black pepper and salt, spread with hot mustard and leave for 30-40 minutes.
Fry the fillet pieces in vegetable oil until golden brown over medium heat.
Cut the tomato into slices, onion into half rings. Place chicken fillet in a baking dish. Place onion half rings and tomato slices on top.
